I have.
Over my 25+ year career in the tech industry, I’ve had the privilege of holding senior roles — including serving as Vice President three times across global technology companies in Asia Pacific — leading sales, partnerships, programs, marketing, and strategy. I’ve also shared my experience as a university lecturer, coach, and mentor.
What drives me is simple:

Who runs the coaching and workshops?
Wendy Komadina, that’s me in the pictures, writes and customises all the contents and runs all sessions personally. I’ve walked the walk. I didn’t start out as a coach — I spent decades gaining real, hands-on experience in the field and held several senior roles before stepping into leadership.
I’ve been working in the tech sector since 1998, with nearly 30 years of experience across global companies including HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, Cloudflare, and Monday.com. I’ve gained deep insight into how vendors operate and how to navigate the complexities of the Asia Pacific market.

8-Week Professional Arc One-on-One Coaching:
AUD 2,560 + GST for 8 personalised sessions.
Bespoke One-on-One Coaching:
AUD 650 + GST for 2 personalised sessions.
Pricing can be adjusted for more or fewer sessions.
You will receive a bonus session for any new clients referred by you.

I want the company I work for to offer a strategy workshop. How much does this cost?
We offer strategy workshops featuring hands-on group activities. For sessions of up to 10 participants, pricing starts at AUD 9,000 + GST per day, with content fully customised for your team or company. We can accommodate larger groups as well, though the format may be adjusted to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
