About me

Asia Pacific is not a copy-and-paste exercise. It’s hard. It’s complex.

I founded Tech Me Forward because I’ve experienced first-hand what it takes to succeed across Asia Pacific, and I’ve seen too many tech companies underestimate the complexity of turning growth ambitions into reality.

Throughout my career, I’ve defined the strategies, built the teams and forged the partnerships needed to accelerate growth. I’ve turned around underperforming sales teams, built partner ecosystems from the ground up, opened new markets, and guided organisations through the major technology shifts that have fundamentally changed how customers buy: Cloud, Security, Data and AI.

The lessons I’ve learned have shaped how I work today. Siloed cross-functional teams and a lack of joint strategy are a recipe for failure. You need all your engines humming and moving in the same direction. A clear cross-functional go-to-market strategy – sales, marketing and channel – only creates impact when it’s paired with strong execution, alignment and accountability.

At my core, I’m data-driven. I test ideas fast, make decisions quickly and move at SPEED. I believe progress comes from taking action, learning quickly and continuously adapting.

I’m a committed and passionate mentor, a regular industry speaker, and now adding author to my journey. My first book, launching in late 2026, explores professional development, career identity drift and finding clarity when work no longer feels aligned with who you are.
