I’ve done the work. I have the scars.
I founded Tech Me Forward to solve two problems.
First, to help global technology companies avoid wasting headcount, time, and investment by applying a Silicon Valley playbook to Asia Pacific. It doesn’t work. Australia is not Japan. Japan is not Singapore. Singapore is not India. APAC is one of the world’s most complex and culturally diverse regions, and success requires a strategy built for the realities of each market.
Second, to support senior leaders who need an experienced advisor in their corner. Building a go-to-market strategy, entering new markets, leading teams, and scaling growth can be challenging without someone who has navigated the journey before.
I know how to grow in difficult markets because I’ve done it. Great strategy means nothing without disciplined execution. Sustainable growth comes from making the right decisions, aligning the right teams, and executing with consistency.
